What an awesome day learning about Slumped Glass, Fusing, Transfers, etc. Clare is an expert and takes her time to help make this Glass workshop an enjoyable day! We will most likely return to do it again it was that great. Highly recommend doing this Fusing and Slumping class. We will do the leadlight glass course down the track too.

Clare is a consummate teacher, her personality and vibe exudes friendliness, confidence and passion for all things glass. She never makes you feel like a beginner and treats everyone as one of the group, she is always ready with answers and demonstrations to start you on your journey to become the best glass artist you can be if you want that, if not the same applies for those that want to try it for an experience, she doesn’t let you down, she ensures you will walk away more skilled and knowledgeable than before you got there. She is quite inspirational. I would recommend Clare’s workshops to anyone and once I’ve practiced what I have learned and am ready for more, I will definitely be going back for more advanced training or to delve into other aspects of glass artistry.

Firstly I wanted to thank you for the amazing course over the past weekend. It was a tremendous 2 days – we learnt a lot and the 2 days, which was a wonderful introduction to lead lighting. Your passion shone through in the way you teach, and also in the pieces you shared that you have created. Furthermore, your patience and teaching method made us all feel comfortable as we practiced cutting glass and lead and eventually soldered our pieces. I went from being nervous about cutting glass to really enjoying the process and wanting to immerse myself in some projects.

What an amazing artist – Such a brilliant teacher and thank you for sharing your amazing gift with us. With you and your wonderful husband you have restored my belief that we can achieve our own dreams. 

One of the best weekends playing with colour. I love my pieces and get lots of compliments. So enjoyable and Clare is an amazing teacher.

I had such a great weekend at Clare’s glass fusing course. Her practical and technical knowledge of glass and the equipment is amazing, and the course delivery was set at a good pace. Given her many, many years of working with glass, as well as the equipment used the course is very good value.
I highly recommend this course to absolute beginners as well as to experienced glass artists.
